Ambrosia’s starting point was to bring back the traditional Linestra lamp, update it and show that technical, resolute design can also be poetic. Linestra was originally a line of light that evolved into a modular system that could be expanded to accommodate any space. Its design is based on a tubular construction with soft lines that attach to the ceiling, allowing light to descend and gently illuminate any type of project. It is this diffused light that fills the space and gives beauty. The LED SMD 24V light tube is available in three warm colors, 2200K, 2700K and 3000K, and offers adjustable intensity. Ciszak Dalmas and Joan Gaspar decided to review it to combine simplicity, functionality and aesthetics. Its linear and unique design, an almost flat segment of light, was modular and asymmetrical to create a gentle and surprising lighting system.
